Soup’s On!

 

As the winter chill begins to lessen, the March issue of Asian Restaurant News offers you a ‘soup’er start for the spring season. This month, we have several soup articles to help you clear away the winter blues with ideas, insights and trends for new soups in 2008.

 

Just to name a few, this month features a brand-new concept from renowned chef Khai Duong, sensational soups from Southeast Asia as well as seasonal soup ideas for the Asian kitchen.

 

Healthy Dining begins its new column this month, which show the great values of nutritional analysis.
