Year in Review As the 2007 year comes to an end, the staff at Asian Restaurant News would like to thank all of our readers, advisors and sponsors for supporting us in our endeavors to become a better magazine for you. We hope that you will continue to support our growing efforts in becoming the premier trade magazine for the Asian restaurant industry in the United States. We would also like to wish you and your family a very happy and healthy holiday season! In this issue, we offer up the year in review, including viewpoints from many experts in the Asian restaurant business, from chefs and restaurant owners to nutrition experts. Also included in this issue is an update on the status of Asian wines, along with a few tips from our culinary advisors. Featured this month is Chef Peng Looi, who was chosen to travel to Malaysia to act as a judge in this year’s Culinaire Malaysia. And last, but certainly not least, we let you see which restaurant candidates have made it into this year’s Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in USA winners list!
