China Taste: Serving Tantalizing Flavors

Bathed in the golden sun of the Sunshine State, China Taste invites customers to warm up to the rich flavors of Chinese cuisine. Most customers who visit China Taste leave with a satiated appetite and an eagerness to return as a regular customer.

Open during even the hottest Florida weather, the restaurant offers a cool environment while serving both exotic and popular Chinese food. On the menu of China Taste, you will find many Chinese dishes including: General Tso’s Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chopped Rice Noodle, Moo Shu Pork, Hot & Sour Soup, Eggplant with Garlic Sauce, and Chow Mein. These tasty dishes always please the customers’ taste buds.

What are the secrets behind the food’s exquisite flavor? Fresh ingredients are purchased on a daily base. Also, all the dishes are prepared by Mr. Yue Ming Ke, the owner and executive chef of China Taste. Ke had worked in take-out restaurants for a decade before he opened China Taste. His experience in the food industry helps him understand what customers want. He insists on cooking all the dishes by himself to maintain the consistency of the flavor. Considering the health of his customers, Ke never puts MSG in his food. He also minimizes the use of oil to avoid serving greasy dishes.

Customers appreciate quick service and short wait times at take-out restaurants. At China Taste, customers will not be kept waiting for more than twenty minutes. During busier periods of the day when there is sometimes a line, the wait staff will make an effort to mingle with the customers.

Although everything seems to be getting more expensive nowadays, the prices of China Taste’s menu have not changed.
“I haven’t reduced the portion sizes of my dishes or raised prices because I put the interest of my customers first,” Ke says. Ke’s thoughtfulness is probably the reason why he has maintained so many relationships with his patrons.

As the only Chinese restaurant in a shopping mall, China Taste has been widely applauded by the locals, though it was launched only in 2010. Ke will continue to stick to his cooking style and in the future, he might add more items to the menu, such as teriyaki chicken. He loves his business and is dedicated to serving great Chinese food.

“I feel thankful for those customers who have given me so much support. All the residents nearby are nice to me and my business. I want to be the permanent neighbor of the local residents here, and keep on serving them with our fancy food. I will do my best to satisfy the demands of all my customers,” Ke says.

Even when the sun has set, Ke hopes that China Taste will always shine brightly.
