Hi Soo Shin Hepinstall This month’s Korean cuisine recipe has been prepared for the readers of Asian Restaurant News by Celebrity Cher and Author Hi Soo Shin Hepinstall. Raised in Korea, but having lived and traveled around the world for 35 years, Ms.Hepinstall sadlly realized that the richness of Korean cuisine was little known to the outside world, and even to modern Koreans. He latest work, Growing up in a Korean Kitchen ( Ten Speed Press, 2001), is the first comprehensive and systematic Korean cookbook available in English, grounded in tradition and adapted for today’s kitchens. She has a “ certificate” from the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris (1983) and is an award – winning novelist in Korea. Robert Danhi Robert Danhi is the Executive Chef of Two Chefs on a Roll, a dynamic company in Carson California that creates and manufactures appetizers, dips, sauces, soups and desserts. They partner with restaurant chains and specialty retailers to help bring the guests and customer the best quality food possible. He is also an adjunct faculty member of the Culinary Institute of America, during Robert’s full-time tenure he taught numerous courses in the Continuing Education department and the degree program including the comprehensive Cuisines of Asia course. Robert is still active at the CIA as he continues to teach for the college and assists them with special projects that require his expertise.
