Focus on “The Kitchen Innovations 2005 Award winners"

There is much excitement in the air about The National Restaurant Association’s 2005 Restaurant Hotel-Motel Show, which will take place May 21-24, at McCormick Place in Chicago. This is the first restaurant industry trade show to focus on pioneering back-of-the-house and servery equipment. Intelli-PDA: Help restaurants with quartet of applications As an innovative global partner, Cooper-Atkins Corporation delivers measuring systems to help restaurants ensure safe food and healthy indoor environments. Its new product, Intelli-PDA, offers a quartet of applications include Food Safety, Inspections, Inventory, and Employee Training; and the powerful, yet expandable back-office database allows for the creation of numerous custom forms, reports and management documents.
