Jacqueline B. Marcus

Jacqueline B. Marcus, MS, RD, LD, CNS, FADA international award-winning Food and Nutrition Consultant is President/Owner of Jacqueline B. Marcus & Associates, a multi-service Food & Nutrition Consulting firm in Northfield, Illinois. She is also Assistant Professor and Department Head of Culinary Nutrition at Kendall College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, Il. Jacqueline is a frequent media spokesperson, has been on most major Chicago television and radio programs in addition to many national programs, and has represented a variety of products and organizations on media tours. She was a nutrition reporter for WBBM-TV during Taste of Chicago, a panelist in Nutrition and Fitness Throughout the Life Cycle, a national satellite broadcast by The American Dietetic Association, and a featured expert in Long Walk to the Olympics, a PBS documentary for the United States Olympic Race Walking Team. Among Jacqueline’s many speaking engagements in 2005, she will be speaking at the Ontario Long Term Care Association and Robert Danhi, Retirement Communities Convention and Trade Show in Toronto, Canada, and the Fifth Executive Chef International Conference on Culinary Arts and Sciences (ICCAS) at Warsaw Agricultural University (SGGW) in Warsaw, Poland.
