The Asian Chefs Association Summer Treat:Michelob Pear Anise Cooler

Directions: In a shaker glass add: 1 star anise 1/4 Asian pear 1 Bar spoon honey Muddle completely Fill with ice Add 11/2 oz. Belle de Brillet (pear liquor) Shake and strain into a tall glass, fill tall glass way with ice Top with 5oz. Michelob beer Garnish with a slice of Asian pear. Enjoy!
