MUKILTEO, Wash.-- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ivar’s Seafood, Soup & Sauce Company is bringing its beloved Northwest chowders and non-seafood soups to the NRA Show May 16-19 in Chicago’s McCormick Place, exhibiting from booth 5034.

Special preview! Roasted Potato & Cheddar Soup
NRA attendees will be the first audience to taste this new soup. Roasted russet potatoes are mixed with fresh red potatoes, garlic, smoky bacon and chives in a hearty soup blended with Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Zero grams trans fats per serving. Once available, it will be offered in three 4-pound bags per case.
Pier 54 Clam Chowder
Packed with nearly twice the usual amount of tender, succulent sea clams, fresh vegetables, Red Bliss potatoes, real cream and butter, you’ll love this classic. Available for foodservice in three 4-pound bags of soup concentrate (yields 36 eight-ounce servings).
Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon Chowder
This slightly spicy chowder features wild Alaskan Keta Salmon – a source of beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids – that's been hardwood-smoked in the traditional Northwest style. Available in three 4-pound bags of soup concentrate and includes three 7-ounce bags of smoked salmon (yields 38 eight-ounce servings).
Puget Sound Style Clam Chowder
This distinctive Northwest-style chowder with its hint of smoked bacon is made with meaty sea clams. Each case comes in three 4-pound bags of soup concentrate which yields three gallons (384 ounces) or 48 eight-ounce servings.
Clam-hattan Style Red Clam Chowder

Northwest Dungeness Crab Bisque
